Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, activating a license key, purchasing access, or using Chainly, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and Verification
Certain actions require a Chainly account. You must provide accurate information, maintain a verified email address, keep your password secure, and use the account recovery and password reset tools only for your own account.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly notifying Chainly if you believe your credentials or access have been used without authorization.
Plans, Licenses, and Access
Chainly may offer guest or trial access, time-limited paid plans, lifetime access, admin-assigned subscriptions, and license or API key activation. Available features may depend on your plan, role, template settings, and export quota status.
License and API keys are personal to the intended account. Keys may be rejected, limited, or revoked if they are invalid, expired, consumed, shared without approval, or connected to misuse of the service.
Manual Purchases and Refund Requests
Some paid access is fulfilled manually. To purchase a plan, you may be asked to contact Chainly through the contact details shown in the app. Chainly may then send payment instructions and a QR code before any license or paid access is issued.
Paid access or a license key is delivered only after payment is confirmed. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and are not automatically approved.
Acceptable Use
You may use Chainly only for lawful purposes and only with text, SVG files, images, or other content that you have the right to submit, process, and export. Do not upload or generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content through the platform.
You may not bypass plan restrictions, quota controls, template gating, or other access controls, and you may not share credentials or license keys in a way that defeats the intended access model.
Your Content and Intellectual Property
You retain responsibility for the text, uploaded assets, design inputs, and exported files you create with Chainly. You grant Chainly the limited rights needed to host, process, preview, validate, and export that content to operate the service.
The Chainly platform, software, branding, interface, templates, and related materials remain the property of Chainly or its licensors.
Exports, Availability, and Product Changes
Chainly provides browser-based design tools, previews, and export functions for printable 3D accessories. Export results and preview behavior depend on your inputs, template rules, geometry constraints, manufacturing tolerances, and downstream printer or slicer workflows.
Export formats and features may change based on your plan, quotas, template maintenance status, security needs, or product updates. We may add, remove, suspend, or modify templates, plans, quotas, pricing, or other features at any time. Lifetime access, when offered, does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service or every feature forever.
Suspension and Termination
Chainly may suspend, revoke, or terminate access if we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, reversed or unpaid payment, unauthorized license sharing, security risk, or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the service at any time, but ending use does not by itself create a refund right or restore expired access.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Chainly is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the service, generated geometry, previews, or exported files will be uninterrupted, error free, manufacturable, or suitable for every printer, material, slicer, machine, or commercial use case.
To the extent permitted by law, Chainly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, your content, or any exported output.
